How to Return Items

Package Your Items
Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order number and return form in the package.
Send Your Return
Send the package to our returns address using a tracked service. You're responsible for return postage costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

- • Final sale items or promotional items
- • Gift cards or digital products
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. If everything is in order, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be processed back to that account. If you paid by bank transfer, we'll contact you to arrange the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, along with a prepaid return label for the damaged or incorrect items. There will be no additional cost to you.
Please provide photos of any damage and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
