Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Areas

UK Mainland

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses including England, Scotland, and Wales.

Northern Ireland

Standard delivery times apply. Additional charges may apply for heavy items.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our delivery options and hope to serve international customers soon.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use recyclable materials where possible and secure packaging to protect glass bottles and delicate formulations.

Temperature-sensitive products are packaged with appropriate protection to maintain their efficacy during transit.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect items, please contact us and we'll arrange for the correct items to be sent to you, along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect items.
